This page explains how to delete your Creator Grader account and what happens to your data when you do. Creator Grader is operated by Allegro Park Technologies LLC.
How to delete your account from the app
The fastest way is inside the app. It takes effect immediately and needs no request or waiting period.
- Open Creator Grader and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and its data are deleted.
How to delete individual videos without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove your data. You can delete any single project, or any single take within a project, at any time. The video file is deleted from cloud storage along with it.
- Open Creator Grader and sign in.
- Tap the Grades tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap the project you want to remove.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete project to remove the project and every take in it, or Delete this take to remove only that one take.
- Confirm when prompted. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How to request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@allegroparktechnologies.com from the address on the account and ask for your account to be deleted. We action these within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the account email address before deleting anything, so that no one else can delete your account.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes all of the following:
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile information, including anything you entered during onboarding.
- Every grade you have run, including scores and written feedback.
- Every video file you uploaded, including revision takes, deleted from cloud storage.
- Any brand brief text you pasted alongside a video.
Account and profile data are removed from active systems within 30 days of deletion.
What is kept, and why
Two things survive account deletion, and neither identifies you by name or email:
- Transaction and billing records, where we are required to keep them for tax, accounting and anti-fraud purposes. These are held by our payment processors, not by us, and are retained for as long as the applicable law requires.
- Aggregated and de-identified analytics that cannot be traced back to you or to any individual account.
Your subscription
A subscription bought on our website is canceled when you delete your account, and you will not be charged again. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, so deleting your account does not cancel them. Cancel those first, or you may continue to be charged. On iOS, use Apple Account subscription settings. On Android, use Google Play subscription settings.
