Refund Policy

iOS App Store purchases

Apple processes payments for subscriptions bought in the Creator Grader iOS app. Apple determines refund eligibility and handles refund requests. To request a refund for an iOS purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Web purchases

Purchases made on creator-grader.vercel.app are processed by Paddle, which acts as our payment processor and merchant of record. Refunds are administered by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's refund policy, which governs refund eligibility and timing. We do not set or override Paddle's refund terms.

Free trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. Payment details are required to begin the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. The price and interval are shown before you start.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops all future charges. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.

How to request a refund

For an iOS purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web purchase, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select the refund option.

If you are experiencing a technical problem with Creator Grader, contact us first at support@allegroparktechnologies.com. Many issues are faster to fix than to refund.
