1. Who We Are

Creator Grader is operated by Allegro Park Technologies LLC, a New York limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and, if you allow it, your name from that provider. We never receive or store your Google or Apple password. If you choose Apple's “Hide My Email”, we receive only the relay address Apple creates.

Onboarding survey responses. When you complete the onboarding survey, we collect optional demographic and creator-profile information: age range, gender, creator tier, brand deal history, revision preferences, and social media handles. All fields except creator tier are optional. This data is used to improve the scoring experience and (in aggregate, de-identified form) to understand Creator Grader's user base.

Uploaded video content. When you submit a video for grading, the file is uploaded to a private cloud storage bucket and analyzed by our AI provider (both named in Section 5). We keep the file for as long as the grade exists, for two reasons: so you can rewatch your own video in your grade history, and so that re-grading the same video returns a consistent score. When you delete a grade, or delete your account, the video file is deleted with it.

Grade results. We store the full scoring output for every grade you run, associated with your account. This includes your scores, feedback, and the brief (if provided). Grade results are retained until you delete your account.

Usage data. We collect basic usage data including the number of grades you have run, timestamps, and session activity. We use PostHog for product analytics. It records which screens you visit, which buttons and links you click, and which actions you take (for example, that a grade finished and what the score was), along with anonymous click and scroll positions used to build heatmaps. We never send your video files, filenames, brief text, or the feedback the grader writes about your video. Session recording is off, so your screen is never recorded.

Leaderboard. The community leaderboard is off by default. If you turn on “Show me on the leaderboard” in your profile, your username and your ranked score are visible to other signed-in Creator Grader users. If you leave it off, other users see you only as “Anonymous creator” and never see your username. You can turn it off again at any time.

Payment information. If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. On the web this is our payment provider; in the iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only basic subscription information from the processor, such as your plan, subscription status, trial and renewal dates, and amounts charged. We never receive your card number.

3. Video Content: The Full Picture

This section exists because video content deserves more than a bullet point.

When you upload a video, here is exactly what happens:

• Your browser uploads the file directly to our cloud storage provider, into a private bucket that is not publicly readable. Nobody can reach it with a link.
• Our server sends the file to our AI provider for scoring. That provider is described in Section 5 below. We use a business service tier whose terms say the provider will not train or fine-tune its AI models on customer data without prior permission or instruction.
• The file stays in that private bucket for as long as the grade exists. This is what lets you rewatch your video in your grade history, and what keeps your score consistent if you grade the same video again.
• When you view your own video in the app, we generate a private link that expires after 15 minutes. Expired links stop working.
• When you delete a grade, the video file and any revision takes attached to it are deleted from cloud storage. Deleting your account deletes all of them.
• The scoring output (scores, feedback text) is stored in our database and linked to your account.

Before the first video you grade in the iOS app, we ask for your explicit permission to send your selected video, including its audio and images, and any optional brief to our cloud storage and AI service providers. You can decline without sending anything. You can also withdraw that permission from Profile at any time; you will be asked again before a future video is sent for grading.

We do not use your video content to train AI models. We do not share your video with other users or sell it. We may re-run a retained video through our AI provider to test and calibrate a scoring-rubric change before it ships. That is a quality check on our existing system, not model training. The only third parties that receive your video are the storage and AI providers described in Section 5.

If your video contains identifiable people other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit that content for AI analysis.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Creator Grader service.
• Generate your grade and deliver feedback.
• Maintain your grade history (Pro accounts).
• Enforce monthly grading limits on subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password reset). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
• If you join a waitlist (for example Founding Lifetime), store your email and optional niche so we can tell you when it opens. You opt in on the form, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Measure how well our advertising works, using the Meta tools described in Sections 5 and 8. You can opt out as described in Section 8.
• Test and calibrate our scoring rubric. We may analyze retained videos again through our AI provider when testing a proposed scoring change. We may also use de-identified, aggregated grade data, such as average scores by video length or pillar. Neither practice trains or fine-tunes an AI model.
• Detect and prevent abuse and fraud.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service providers necessary to operate Creator Grader, and with Meta for advertising measurement as described below. This list is the authoritative record of who receives your data — if we change a provider, we update it here first:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and profile photo storage. Data is stored in US-based AWS regions. Your videos are not stored here. supabase.com/privacy
• Cloud storage and AI service providers — video storage and AI analysis. Your video is stored in private cloud storage and analyzed by a third-party AI model under the provider's business cloud terms, not consumer AI terms. Under those terms, the provider does not use your content to train its models.
• Vercel — application hosting and serverless functions. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Apple — processes all purchases made inside the iOS app. If you ask Apple for a refund, we (through RevenueCat) send Apple information about your account and use of Creator Grader, such as account age, purchase history and whether you used the service, to help Apple decide. The same applies to refund requests made to Google Play for Android purchases. apple.com/legal/privacy
• Paddle — our reseller and merchant of record for purchases made on creatorgrader.com. Paddle collects and processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number. paddle.com/legal/privacy
• Resend — delivers account and billing emails, such as trial reminders and receipts. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement. On the web, the Meta pixel runs only on our public marketing pages (home, pricing, sign-up and legal pages). When you sign up, start a trial or pay on the web, our server tells Meta that the event happened, with your email address and account ID converted into a one-way scrambled code (hashed) before it leaves our systems, plus Meta's own browser identifiers, your browser type and, at sign-up, your IP address. Meta uses this to tell us which ads led to sign-ups and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. In our iOS and Android apps (version 1.0.1 and later), Meta's software development kit tells Meta when the app is installed or opened and when you create an account, together with your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone, only if you tap Allow when the app asks permission to track) and Meta's own app identifier. RevenueCat tells Meta when you start a trial or pay in the app, using the same identifiers. Meta never receives your videos, grades, feedback or payment details. • RevenueCat — manages subscriptions bought in the iOS and Android apps. Receives your account ID and your in-app purchase and subscription status from Apple or Google; never your card details. If you start a trial or subscribe in the app, RevenueCat also reports that event and its price to Meta for advertising measurement, as described in the Meta entry above. revenuecat.com/privacy
• Superwall: shows the subscription screens in the iOS and Android apps and tests which version works best. Receives your account ID, your subscription status, which subscription screen you saw and what you tapped on it, and basic device details such as model, operating system, language and time zone. Purchases are still processed by Apple or Google; Superwall never receives your card details. superwall.com/privacy
• Sentry — error monitoring for the website, our servers and our iOS and Android apps. When something breaks, it receives technical details about the error, which can include your account ID, browser type and IP address. It never receives your videos. sentry.io/privacy
• PostHog — product analytics. Receives screen views, event names, score numbers, the labels of buttons and links you click, and anonymous click and scroll positions. Never receives your video, filename, brief text, or the grader's written feedback. posthog.com/privacy

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or prevent illegal activity.

If Creator Grader is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

• Video files: stored in a private cloud storage bucket for as long as the grade exists, so you can rewatch them and so re-grades stay consistent. Deleted when you delete the grade, and deleted in full when you delete your account. You control how long they are kept.
• Grade results: retained until you delete your account.
• Account and profile data: retained until you delete your account, then removed from active systems within 30 days. Residual data in backups may persist for up to 90 days.
• Payment records: retained as required for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years).
• Product analytics: PostHog records events under a random account ID, never your name or email. When you delete your account we queue deletion of your PostHog profile and the events recorded under it, and retry any request that fails. PostHog processes deletions in the background; it typically takes about a week.
• Founder-call free week: if you received one, we keep a one-way coded version of your email after you delete your account, only so the same offer cannot be claimed twice. The email itself and any call notes are deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information in your account.
• Delete your account and associated data at any time: in the app, go to Profile and tap Delete Account; on the website, go to Profile and choose Delete Account. Deletion is immediate. You can also email support@allegroparktechnologies.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process it within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store account settings.
• Export your grade history by emailing us at the address above.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Opt out of advertising sharing with Meta, as described in Section 8.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Creator Grader uses session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled without logging out.

We use PostHog for product analytics. It sets a first-party cookie so we can tell whether a visit is a returning one. PostHog data is not shared with advertisers. Visitors from the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland are measured without that cookie: nothing is stored on your device for analytics, so each visit is counted on its own.

Our public marketing pages (home, pricing, sign-up and legal pages) use the Meta pixel, which sets Meta advertising cookies so we can measure which ads bring people to Creator Grader. The pixel does not run on your grades or your account pages. We do not use Google Analytics or other advertising trackers. Visitors from the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland are not shown the Meta pixel, and their web sign-ups and purchases are not reported to Meta.

Our iOS and Android apps (version 1.0.1 and later) use Meta's software development kit to measure which ads lead to installs, sign-ups and subscriptions. On iPhone, the app asks your permission first. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your device's advertising identifier is not shared with Meta. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Google settings. If your phone is set to a European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Swiss region, or you have made a "Do Not Share" request, the app does not start Meta's software development kit or share your advertising identifier, and your in-app sign-ups, trials and purchases are not reported to Meta.

How to opt out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically: the Meta pixel does not load and we do not report your sign-up, trial or payment to Meta. You can also email support@allegroparktechnologies.com with the subject line "Do Not Share" and we will stop sending your account's events to Meta, on the web and in the apps, within 15 days. You can control ads you see through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@allegroparktechnologies.com.

10. Children

Creator Grader is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at support@allegroparktechnologies.com.

11. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell and share. We do not sell personal information for money. Sending hashed identifiers and conversion events to Meta for advertising measurement may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
• The right to opt out of that sharing. We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically, or email us with the subject line "Do Not Share" (see Section 8).
• The right to delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions).
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

12. Users in the European Union, EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you use Creator Grader from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR, the UK GDPR or Swiss data protection law applies to how we handle your personal information, and this section applies to you. Allegro Park Technologies LLC is the controller of your personal information.

Why we use your information (legal bases).

• To perform our contract with you: creating and running your account, uploading and grading your videos, keeping your grade history, handling your subscription, and sending account and billing emails.
• With your consent: sending your video to our AI provider in the iOS app (we ask first), marketing emails you opt in to, and showing your username on the leaderboard. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
• For our legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, fixing errors, understanding how the product is used, and testing scoring changes on retained videos. We weigh these interests against your rights, and you can object at any time.
• To meet legal obligations: tax and accounting records, and responding to lawful requests.

Advertising. We do not use Meta's advertising tools for people in these regions, on the web or in our apps, as described in Section 8.

Automated scoring. Your grade is produced automatically by an AI model. It is an estimate to help you improve your video. We do not use it to make any decision with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your information, to restrict how we use it, or you can object to how we use it, and you can withdraw any consent you gave. Email support@allegroparktechnologies.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.

International transfers. Creator Grader is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. When we transfer your information out of your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK and Swiss equivalents) in our service providers' data processing terms.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
