Cancel or change your subscription

• iPhone: in the app, open Profile and tap Manage Subscription, or open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• Android: in the app, open Profile and tap Manage Subscription, or open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions.
• Web: sign in at creatorgrader.com, open Profile, then Subscription, then Manage subscription.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Restore a purchase

Bought on another device or reinstalled the app? Open Profile and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

Refunds

iPhone purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web purchases are handled by Paddle. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Delete your account

In the app, open Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, every grade, and every uploaded video. Step-by-step instructions: Delete your account.
